I trained as a nurse midwife and hold an MPHIL in Nursing, BA degree and Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon. I am a foundation fellow of the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives.
I Worked as a clinical nurse at Korle Bu Teaching hospital and as a health coordinator in some rural communities in Ghana.
I also worked at the Addiction unit and the Psychiatry ward at Korle Bu Teaching hospital.
I have experience in nursing education, clinical care, administration and community health promotion. I worked for 38years as a nurse and retired as a Deputy Director of Nursing.
