I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in promoting Mental Health, empowering Persons with Mental Health Problems and providing legal advice and expertise on various issues within the Mental Health space for over twenty years.

With a strong background in advocacy, capacity building, community development and law, I am excited to be part of Springhill Foundation.

I have worked with various OPD’s including those in mental health and other stakeholders to promote inclusive practices, develop accessible programmes and advocate for disability rights in general.

My expertise includes Disability Rights Advocacy and policy development, capacity building for Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) and disability led organizations, as well as Community -based initiatives promoting inclusion and accessibility, identifying and leveraging opportunities for mental health and support,  developing and implementing programmes, policies and initiatives and analyzing complex issues, identifying priorities and develop effective strategies for mental health promotion and support

Some of my notable achievements include but not limited to developing and implementing training programs for OPD’s including those in mental health, on leadership, advocacy and organizational development and providing technical assistance to OPD’s to enhance their capacity and sustainability

As a member of the board, I will leverage my expertise to provide technical assistance to Persons with mental health problems, to strengthen their capacity, support the development of inclusive programs/policies and facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration
